My name is Ahmad, and I love photography. I approach picture making as a practice in finding meaning, interest, and beauty in the world around me. I carry my camera with a sense of wonder, humility, and curiosity—training my viewfinder at all that grabs me.
I gravitate towards bright colors, punchy shadows, and subjects in motion, as well as sprawling landscapes, intimate scenes, and bizarre visual relationships. I construct my images with an eye towards emotion and essence, pushing for a character that floats somewhere between photorealism and subjective experience.
